MediService delivers securely and conveniently. Thanks to your personal customer account, you always have a clear overview. We do not charge shipping costs or perform medication and supply checks.
It’s easy: you can register as a new customer here right now and then send your original prescription and accompanying prescription card to us by post. Or you can send us your original prescription with the accompanying prescription card and we will register you.

The law is clear on mail-order medication: we are not allowed to send medication without a prescription. This also applies to all non-prescription medication.
The original prescription is the signed prescription you received in paper form or the signed prescription that your healthcare professional sent to us directly by post, fax or via a secure e-mail connection. Scanned files, copies and prescriptions without an original signature do not count as original prescriptions.
Yes, of course. Once we have received your original prescription and registered it with us, you can quickly and easily order all medication through your online customer account.
Once your original prescription has been registered with us, you can choose how to reorder your medication: online through your MediService online customer account, by email or by telephone.
Medication will be sent to you once you have placed your order. You can place repeat orders through your customer account around the clock, in writing by e-mail around the clock, using the enclosed reorder form or by telephone during opening hours. If you have any questions about the quantity you would like to order, please contact us on 032 686 20 20.
Unfortunately, we are not permitted to send your medication abroad, but you can call us on 032 686 20 20 so that you can order what you need in advance and can travel without worrying about it.
Of course. To ensure that temperature-sensitive medication reaches you in perfect condition, we use special chilled containers for shipping.
We will deliver available items within 2-3 working days of your order. A later delivery date is also possible on request. We will send the medication free of charge by registered parcel post to any address in Switzerland.
If you’re not in, you can arrange a free second delivery by post or use the collection slip to pick up the package from the post office.
Unfortunately not. For reasons of quality, we are unable to deliver medication to MyPost24 mailboxes.
